3 Cans & a Good Time is Back Again!

We have an exciting opportunity for businesses to make a meaningful impact on our local community. On February 28, 2024, at 5 pm, we will be hosting our 8th installment of our quarterly "3 Cans & A Good Time" event at the ACA Business Club of Overland Park, and we are looking for corporate partners.


"3 Cans & A Good Time" is a unique food drive that not only fosters community engagement but also directly benefits the New Hope Food Pantry in Olathe. This pantry serves individuals and families in Johnson, Wyandotte, and Miami Counties, providing essential support to those facing food insecurity.


Our goal for each event is ambitious yet achievable: to raise 1 ton of food. In December, with the generous support of local businesses, we successfully collected 5,415 pounds of food, making a significant impact on the lives of those in need. But unfortunately, due to the severe need in our community, that amount of food will only last New Hope Food Pantry TWO DAYS. That’s why we need your help.


As a corporate partner, businesses will not only contribute to the success of our food drive but will also receive prominent recognition during the event and in promotional materials. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase its commitment to corporate social responsibility and community involvement.

Before the February 2024 event, we will have a standalone website which will host all current and past partner and sponsor information, provide information about upcoming events, and recaps of past dates. As a corporate partner, you will have prominent visibility on our website during the leadup and duration of the event, as well as on all promotional posts on social media and physical collateral. All social media posts will be shared by all 15-20 event sponsors, as well.


We understand the importance of building strong relationships with local businesses, and we believe that our larger corporate companies involvement in "3 Cans & A Good Time" will not only align with their corporate values but also provide a platform for positive exposure within the community.

This corporate partnership opportunity is unique in that the amount paid is based on how many pounds of food is raised! Choose a partnership level, then pay a non-refundable first half up front, then the second half if we reach the goal associated with your level! The partnership levels are as follows:

Platinum: $1000 - $500 up front, another $500 if we raise 3,000 pounds
Gold: $500 - $250 up front, another $250 if we raise 2,000 pounds
Silver: $300 - $150 up front, another $150 if we raise 1,500 pounds
Bronze: $150 - $75 up front, another $75 if we raise 1,000 pounds
