What H.O.P.E. can look like this Spring?

Spring is just around the corner, and with it the hope for warmer days. Soon we will be opening our windows to let the fresh air in. This year, why not also open up your pantry and closets and donate unwanted food to those in need.  

In 2021, 1 in 10 Johnson county residents were unsure where their next meal was coming from. The New Hope Food Pantry in Olathe, Kansas, is an emergency food pantry, providing groceries for curbside pickup. This spring, we ask you to join us to H.O.P.E. (Help Other People Eat) by:

• Donating nonperishable foods - such as canned or packaged goods. Items in high demand include canned vegetables and fruits, rice, pasta, peanut butter, and canned meats/fish.  Donations can be dropped off at our Olathe location,  five days per week from 8:30am-5:00pm.
  
• Have your friends or family in need of Emergency food services reach out to us directly. ​
